Agape Dental Missions is organizing mission trips to Guatemala
in March and April of 2026!
A donation of $2,000 made payable to Agape Dental Missions, is required to participate. Please complete the form below and submit it along with a copy of your passport and your payment (via check, Zelle, or Venmo). To ensure we can make all necessary arrangements, please make sure your donation is received by the deadlines listed below.
What’s Included
Your donation covers all trip-related expenses, including:
Roundtrip airfare
Land travel
Lodging
Meals
Dental supplies
Insurance
Gratuities
The only additional expenses you’ll need to cover are for personal treats and souvenirs.

Once your contribution is processed, you will receive an acknowledgment letter via email. You will also be notified once the team’s airline tickets have been purchased. Please note that airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.Meetings will be scheduled to help you prepare for the mission trip.
